Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process: To complete your return, proof of purchase (receipt) is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are available. These include:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time to process.
  3. Contact your bank for additional information on processing times.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns: To return an item, send it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
